• Account registration on Lucky99 is free of charge.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number — it will be used for account verification and security notifications.
• Corporate entities, clubs, associations, or organisations may not register accounts on Lucky99.
• Lucky99 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky99 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Lucky99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share your login details with anyone.

Any activity conducted on your Lucky99 account using your correct login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally. • Use a strong, unique password for your Lucky99 account — one that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — it is strongly recommended.
• Log out of Lucky99 on any shared or public device immediately after use.
• Lucky99 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

All deposits on Lucky99 are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Lucky99 accepts the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may require additional identity verification before crediting.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Lucky99 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your Lucky99 balance within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours during off-peak banking hours.

Lucky99 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 minutes of request confirmation. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5pm PKT. Visa/Mastercard refunds follow standard banking timelines of 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may require enhanced identity verification.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account or card registered in the same name as your Lucky99 account. Lucky99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once submitted and confirmed. Please verify all details before confirming a withdrawal.
• Lucky99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond our control.
• If bonus funds have been credited to your account, the wagering requirements associated with those bonuses must be completed before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Lucky99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraud, or terms violation. In such cases, the relevant team will contact you with an explanation.

Lucky99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New Lucky99 players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000 on their first deposit. This bonus is available to first-time registrants only and cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, or device.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn, after the rollover requirement is met.

• Players found attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, matched betting exploits, or collusion — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and accounts may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated timeframe will be removed from your Lucky99 balance.
• Lucky99 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
